About Jenna Kopitske
Jenna Kopitske is a drummer, percussionist, pianist, composer and songwriter originally from Appleton, WI. In January 2023, she moved to Nashville, TN and has since toured Italy, every island in Hawaii, performed at the Grand Ole Opry, wrote an original score to horror short film Pure Evil by Walter J. Buck, opened for Whiskey Myers and opened (6) dates for Dwight Yoakam on The Cosmic Roundup & Rodeo Tour with Philip Bowen, opened for Jamey Johnson for (8) dates on The Last Honky Tonk Tour and The Traveling Truebadour Tour with The Bennett Hall Band, opened for Jo Dee Messina for (8) dates on the Bridges Tour with TBHB, opened for Deana Carter and more. She is an endorsed artist with Paiste Cymbals, Vater Percussion, Cympad International and Humes & Berg. In her free time, she is a freelance sync licensing assistant and pitches music for artists. She also teaches drum-set, percussion and piano lessons virtually and in person.
Ms. Kopitske has gained experience in both live and studio settings. She has recorded drum-set, percussion, organ and piano for artists in an array of styles. She composes her own music as well. Commonly compared to the late composer George Winston, she writes in the style of new age-contemporary with a wide, uplifting, and ambient nature. She released her debut EP in 2018 entitled Unheard Of, a sophomore EP in 2021 entitled Pride & Joy, and a single in 2022 entitled “Losing Light.”
Ms. Kopitske received her bachelor’s degree in music industry with an emphasis of music business at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in May 2023. Her studies included a hybrid music publishing/sync internship at Primary Wave based in Los Angeles and New York City. Since the fall of 2024, Ms. Kopitske has had major success placing her song “Cascade” into half a million in-store playlists in the USA, Canada, Netherlands, Belgium, Hong Kong, China, India, Germany, and Italy including Walmart, Planet Fitness, Louis Vuitton, Dior Couture, Subway, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Sephora, and more. Besides drumming on tour, Ms. Kopitske is also anticipating a career as a composer in the film scoring industry. She plans to begin recording her third studio album in 2026.
